You have 30 full days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will process your refund promptly.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email auraglow.2026@protonmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (for US orders).
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the original.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened essential oils kits are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All other products are eligible for our full 30-Day Guarantee.
